If you don’t already have outlook installed please go here to download it.

1. Open the app
2. (If it isn’t your first time using the app, go to next step) Enter your full email address and then tap add account. Jump to step 4.
3. Navigate to the menu, then settings, add account, add email account.
4. Enter your email address and click ‘sign in’
5. Enter your password as prompted.

• If you have multi-factor authentication installed it will ask you to authenticate your account

1. Open the app
2. (If it isn’t your first time using the app, go to next step) Enter your full email address and then tap add account. Jump to step 8.
3. Navigate to the menu, then settings, add account, add email account.
4. The app might detect your Google accounts already stored on your phone, if you don’t want this, tap ‘skip’ and go to step 8 otherwise continue
5. To add them tap ‘Google Connect Account’ and then ‘OK’ to confirm. You will need to tap ‘allow’ to give Outlook access to your contacts.
6. Select the accounts you want to be added and select ‘add account’. You then may be asked to log in. Tap Allow confirming offline access and any other prompts
7. To add another email accounts, tap continue and go to the next step. Otherwise tap skip and you are all set up!
8. Enter your full email address and click continue, and then enter your password and click ‘sign in’.

• Please note if you have multi-factor authentication enabled, it will instead read ‘next’ and you will need to authenticate your account.
