Remote Support

In most instances, we’re able to offer remote support. Meaning that you just let us know what the problem is, then sit back and sip at your tea while we log in to your computer and sort it out. Simple!

We offer packs of hours, monthly support contracts, or just ad hoc support. Whether you’re a domestic customer or a company looking for some help, this is a cost and time effective way of dealing with your IT issues.

Instructions – Windows Users

  1. Call, (01273 906969) or e-mail (shop@notjustpcs.co.uk) us to arrange a remote support session appointment.
  2. Click here to download our connection software.
  3. If prompted, choose to run the software. If not, browse to your Download folder and run the file called “TeamViewerQS_en.exe”
  4. Sit back and wait for us to take over!
  5. If you want to kick us out, just click on the Red Cross in the bottom right pane.
